The Digital Planner will operate as a digital lead among planning and implementation members of specific business team. Person in this position will be equiped planning knowledge to detect business challenge, explore online audience behavior and propose digital solution. This position will work in a collaborative effort to deliver the best in class digital work by managing the planning and monitoring the different digital campaigns and projects.

The Planner will be trained to have a strong mindset in Digital Performance Excellent across multi digital media platforms. Technical experience will be mastered through the practical experience and exposure to various levels of campaigns with multiple ad platforms. In addition, this person will be prioritized to join certified course from global vendors as well as group specialized training.

Job Description:

  • Lead digital planning and delivery of client campaigns– To have comprehensive rationale from a consumer, data or performance perspective to deliver strong plan
  • Ensure the successful optimization of all client campaigns – including reviewing campaign performance, as well optimizing based on the continuous feedback from both the client
  • Campaign reporting is carried out to the highest standards – as well as delivery of commentary, insights and actions to the client on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis
  • Contribute your own ideas and opinions on your client’s business, how we work, and the industry we’re in; establish a presence in the agency; have a voice in meeting
  • Understand individual client needs (including and beyond specific projects) so you can help them be successful in their roles; ensure clients have the necessary information and materials they need to do their jobs well
  • Work to develop a solid understanding of the client’s business, with emphasis on your area of responsibility
  • Be collaborative across functions

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in digital media execution, media agency background

Professional skills:

  • Good understanding of digital performance marketing and platform offerings (i.e. SEM, Social and Display).
  • Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Budget planning and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of tracking platforms.
