You will
– Handle client governance & growth
– Deliver the service proposition to clients and full end to end management of the business on individual clients
– Proactively Identifies Client Development Opportunities
– Flag specific client cross sell and upsell opportunities
– Team Management: Manage and motivates team around the clients’ objectives and culture Liaises frequently with Media Relations and Trading counterpart to ensure plans align with trading priorities
– Seek understanding of clients’ fee models in order to maximise business revenue
– Support and coaches their team to ensure that they work to their full potential
– Develop best practice and more efficient ways of working and to ensure this is followed by teams
– Handle Client Relationship (Relationship Management): own the client relationships as per the defined relationship strategy for the client
– Deepen the top-level relationship to ensure retention and growth
– Grant client satisfaction to expand existing revenue streams and build new ones
– Supervise team to ensure they also build strong relationships with their counterparts to deliver outstanding client service
Requirements:
– 6-8 years of Media Agency experience
– Deep knwoledge of planning tools and media research
– High skills in coordination and planning and client accounting
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
– Business acumen, negotiation skills and strategic thinking
– Positive, proactive and collaborative attitude
– Organisational skills with regard to the coordination of people not necessarily reporting to them and ability to manage, develop and motivate the team
– Ability to create strong customer and dealer relationships
– Work by objectives, with sensitivity to efficiency and optimisation
– Very good knowledge of English
