The Senior Consultant (Media Planning offline), who will deliver effective offline media plans, based on media objectives and given a specific budget, following the entire process from competitive analysis, through selection of channels and vehicles, optimization of scheduling to post analysis.

You will be in charge of

  • Execution ad Contribution to the Strategy, Media Planning according to the guidelines supplied by the Leader

  • Manage day-to-day operations, maintaining a high standard of operational excellence

  • Build & maintains strong and trusting relationships with clients, serving as day to day point of contact and responding to all client requests and inquires

  • Understands the client’s goals and works collaboratively to achieve results

  • Monitors client’s competitive landscape, industry changes and client business results, translating those into actionable recommendations

  • Measure and analyze results in term of media and business KPI. Regular reports on what is working, what is not and propose adjustments to reach the client target

  • Coordination with internal professionals for full 360° communication approach

  • Involved into a global governance framework

  • · Simplify complexities and deliver added value in each step of the process

Qualifications:

  • Very Good knowledge of English

  • Proficiency in using standard planning tools and media research (Kimono, Arianna, Kubik, AQX Nielsen)

  • 6-8 years of Media Agency offline experience (plus Offline Media Planning TV)

  • High skills at preparing a consistent media plan, considering all requirements and a budget

  • High skills in coordination and planning

  • Good Knowledge of Excel, Power Point

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers

  • Must be able to work in team and meet deadlines and client need

  • Cross media approach online and offline to set up the right balance

  • Positive and collaborative attitude

  • Problem-solving skills

  • University degree in Communication / Economics or relevant studies
